LBB Specialties becomes one brand

LBB Specialties, a Connecticut-based distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients distribution in North America, is to restructure its go-to-market strategy through five industry verticals by the end of the year. These are: Care (formerly Personal Care), Food & Nutrition, Industrial Specialties (formerly Advanced Materials, Life Sciences and LBBS Canada (formerly Debro).

The company said that the changes are “designed to better represent the company’s technical insights-driven end-market strengths and offerings” and will also standardise customer experience across all legacy divisions. These include Charkit, Custom Ingredients, American International Chemical, Dien, Custom Chemical Services and Centerchem, all of which it has acquired since 2017.
