Kreatis in MBO from Cehtra

In silico testing specialist Kreatis has undergone a buy-out by the management team after 12 years as a subsidiary company of the Cehtra group in France. It will continue to be headed by Paul Thomas, president and founder of the firm in 2014.

According to Kreatis, this was done to give it total autonomy, allowing it to expand its partnerships, as well as access to new sources of funding in order to be able to carry out “a more ambitious research programme”. Thomas commented: “We are looking forward to putting all our energy into new and exciting projects in the area of alternative testing methods.”
